Over on the selectbutton forums, someone translated a thread from 2ch.net that just has to be viewed (post has more pics of the setup).

Ran across this 30 minute video from ign weekly where they have a fairly decent hands-on preview of the wii and several games (battalion wars?, mario striker, red steel, wii orchestra, tennis, golf, duck hunt-esque) from the leipzig games convention.
Pretty neat to watch how they've decided to implement the various mechanics. The graphics in the early games they look at are pretty good, but the later games are hopefully just placeholders because they look really unready for market.
Also in my various games browsing, this really cool video was brought to my attention. It's 1000 cars replay from trackmania. The game's concept involves finding the fastest way to get through a course that requires you to take advantage of its full physics engine. That fastest way may involve jumps and carroming off of various objects. It's a very cool, short video that's worth watching. Reminds me of the Sony Bravia line of ads.
